What you want to know — straight answers.

Your data lives on Loomiro's servers, not on one computer — if a PC dies, gets stolen or a pen drive goes missing, your books are safe. Backups happen on the server by themselves. Each unit's data is kept separate, every staff member has their own login and permissions, you can let staff log in only from the office network, and past entries can be locked up to a date. You can export reports to Excel (CSV) any time.

Yes. Taka Entry, Bhidan (beam on loom) and Expenses work without internet. Entries stay safe on the phone or computer — even if the browser closes or the phone restarts — and sync by themselves when you're back online, with no entry ever doubled. Invoices, reports and accounts need internet. See Offline & Mobile.

Both. On a computer, open it in the browser — nothing to install. On a phone, add it to the home screen like an app (it's a PWA) — there's no separate Play Store or App Store app. On the floor, takas are entered from a phone with a number pad; in the office, from the keyboard.

Yes. Takas, beams, beam loading, efficiency and costing work the same way for both kinds of loom — even when one unit runs waterjet and airjet looms side by side. Each loom has its own master entry, and its efficiency comes from RPM × shift hours against the picks actually woven.

Yes. Looms, beams, takas and stock are shared, while each firm has its own GSTIN, invoice series, bank, prints, books and GST returns. Press F7 to switch firm, and combine all firms in reports when you need to. See Multiple Firms.

The Grey Sale invoice applies CGST + SGST or IGST from the party's GSTIN, with HSN, round-off and amount in words. Job charge invoices (SAC 998821), delivery challans, mill challans and credit notes too. GSTR-1 (B2B, CDNR, HSN) as CSV, a GSTR-3B summary and ITC-04 as CSV. The e-way bill number, transporter, LR and vehicle no. print on the invoice, and you get the JSON for bulk upload on the NIC portal. E-invoices (IRN) and e-way bills are not generated directly through an API yet — the e-way bill is made on the portal. See Sales & GST.

No. Hand us your old software's backup — we bring across masters like parties, qualities, yarns and looms, and your opening balances / pending bills, so you don't start from zero. Yes. Each user picks a keyboard style: Standard, Style 1, Style 2 or their own custom set — change any key. Enter moves to the next field, Ctrl+K finds anything, and the calculator is one key away. See Keyboard & Search.

Yes. Owner, manager, accountant, supervisor, sales, store, operator or a custom role — with each role's permissions set by the owner. Choose which firms each person sees, let staff log in only from the office network, and stop past entries being changed after a date. See Team, Locks & Import.

Each unit pays one fixed yearly price — however many looms or firms it has. You start with a 15-day free trial. If the plan runs out, you can still see your data, print and export — only new entries stop. For the price, message us on WhatsApp.

The app is in Hinglish and English — each user picks their language in Settings: the munim in Hinglish, the CA in English. English currently covers the menu and the main daily screens (dashboard, taka entry, beam loading, receipts / payments, expenses); other screens show in Hinglish. This website is also in Gujarati, but the app has no Gujarati version yet.
