Weaver wages calculatorFree
Per metre or per pick — from the metres (or picks) a weaver weaves each day, get the daily and monthly wages.
How it works
Weavers are paid one of three ways: per metre (₹ on every metre woven), per lakh picks (on the picks from the loom counter) or a fixed monthly wage. A per-pick rate stays fair across qualities with different picks.
Per metre: wages = metres × ₹ per metrePer lakh picks: wages = picks ÷ 1,00,000 × rate (metres × PPI × 39.37 = picks)Month = per day × days worked
Example: ₹0.80 a metre, 1,200 metres a day (all looms together) → ₹960 a day, ₹24,960 for 26 days. At ₹40 per lakh picks, 23,62,200 picks (1,200 m × 50 PPI × 39.37) = ₹944.88 a day.
If production comes from the loom counter in picks, choose "Picks" — the calculator also shows metres from the PPI. The rate basis can differ by unit — if rates are quoted this way where you are, it matches directly.
Loomiro's Weaver Wages adds up each weaver's earnings from taka entries and each spreader's from beam loading — advances, payments and balance on one sheet, ready to print.
